About Me

“Styles come and go. Good design is a language, not a style.”

– Massimo Vignelli

My name is Aaron Hill and I’m a full-time creative currently living in the Washington, DC area. Since 1998, I have worked in various environments focusing on print, web, branding, interactive projects and in the last few years I have expanded my skillset to include video and motion art.

I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in a wide variety of offices with diverse clients and different forms of media. Diversifying my skills has allowed me to be able to conquer all types of projects and various executions. I have worked in teams, partnered with Creative Directors, writers and studio artists to create products that exceed my client’s needs, at the same time winning awards.

Over the past almost 20 years, I’ve worked with amazing teams on interesting and challenging projects. However, I am not only looking to continue to be challenged and learn, but also to teach what I know to the next group of young creatives. I have had impactful mentors that have helped to nurture and grow my skillset as a designer, I know would like to do the same for others and help then grow within their respective companies.
